Human Rights Defenders in front of the Association office which has been closed by regime.
Islamic regime in Iran is going to put another member of the Association of the Human Rights Defenders in Iran on trial. Mr. Hadi Esmailzadeh is going to face trial on April 15 in the court of revolution. Mr. Esmailzadeh is a prominent law professor.
So far regime has given heavy sentences to the members of the Association of Human Rights Defenders in Iran.
At present two prominent lawyer and founding members of the Association of Human Rights Defenders are in prison with heavy sentences of more than 10 years imprisonment. They are: Abdolfatah Soltani and Mohammad Seifzadeh.
